DTMU LLC is a small, senior-led firm built on more than twenty years of experience in reverse mortgage lending and financial services, now focused on practical AI for regulated financial businesses.

Deliberately small

We have kept the firm small on purpose. Rather than growing into a large practice with layers of staff between the client and the work, DTMU stays sized to the kind of engagement we think produces the best outcome: a small number of matters, each getting sustained, senior attention from people who have spent their careers in this industry.

That means when you work with DTMU, you are working directly with the people who have done this work for two decades, on every engagement, not just at the start of one.

We build what we advise on

DTMU does not stop at advice. The firm designs, builds, and operates its own AI-driven systems and software ventures, and that hands-on work is what informs the guidance we give clients. When we talk about what an agentic workflow or a document pipeline takes to run in production, it is because we have built and operated one, not because we read about it.
