Eight capabilities, most engagements drawing on more than one. Each is grounded in the same habit of working through the operational detail rather than around it.

AI strategy and roadmaps

We help a regulated firm work out where AI actually helps its business, rather than adopting it for its own sake. That means starting from the firm's real workflows and constraints, not a generic list of use cases, and sequencing the roadmap so the firm learns from an early, narrow phase before it commits budget or operating attention to a wider one.

Agentic systems and workflow automation

We design and build automation that keeps a human in the loop at the decision points that matter. The system takes on the repetitive, well-defined work; a person retains ownership of judgment calls, exceptions, and anything that touches a customer or an examiner. We build these systems the same way we build our own products: to run in production, not just in a demo.

Document intelligence

Financial businesses run on documents: applications, disclosures, statements, correspondence, and files that arrive in every format a borrower or counterparty happens to use. We build the pipelines that turn that unstructured material into clean, structured data the rest of a firm's systems can actually use, with the review and exception-handling a regulated process requires.

Knowledge and retrieval systems

We build search and retrieval systems over a firm's own documents, policies, and procedures, so the people doing the work can find the governing answer directly instead of asking around or guessing. This is infrastructure work as much as it is an AI project: getting the underlying documents organized and current matters as much as the retrieval layer sitting on top of them.

AI-assisted operations design

We help firms redesign day-to-day operating workflows around what AI can now do reliably, without overstating what it can do. That includes deciding which steps a system should own, which stay with a person, and what the handoff between the two looks like when something falls outside the pattern the system was built to handle.

Product and program advisory

We advise lenders and investors on program strategy, product economics, and partnership structuring, including reverse mortgage program design specifically. That covers thinking through how a new product or channel performs under realistic volume and cost assumptions, and working through the economics of a partnership or forward flow arrangement before it is signed.

Market and go-to-market analysis

We size a market before a firm commits resources to it, and help shape the go-to-market plan for a financial product that needs to reach real customers through real channels. This work draws on the same discipline as our program advisory, applied earlier, before a product or partnership decision is locked in.

Venture building

DTMU conceives, builds, and operates software ventures of its own, and we bring that same hands-on discipline to the founders and operating teams we advise. That means help with the concept, the first build, and the operating decisions that follow launch, not slides about how someone else might build it.
